Project page
Project page

The project's main page offers four editing options:

  1. Edit page: Here you can edit your project information below the template using the visual editor.
  2. Edit project data: Here you can update the project data (e.g., the status) via the form.
  3. Create new subpages for supporting project informatoin (referred to here as "Documents").
  4. Create new subpages for logs.

Create new subpages for "Documents"

To create project-related documents as subpages:

  1. Click Create Page in the "Documents" box. A form opens with the prefilled path "Document".
  2. Click Save Page without making any changes.

The newly created overview page for documents opens. From there, you can create additional subpages using the input field.

Page templates for documents

DSince pages of the generic type “Document” can contain a wide variety of information, no default page template is generated. However, if you have enabled the “Page templates” feature for the “Project” namespace in the namespace management, you can provide your own templates via the page template managemer.

Create new Minutes

To create project-related minutes or meetingn notes as subpages:

  1. Click Create Page in the "Minutes/Meeting Notes" box. A form opens with the prefilled path "Minutes/Meeting notes".
  2. Click Save Page without making any changes.

The newly created overview page for logs opens. From there, you can create additional subpages using the input field.

Page templates for minutes

By default, the page template “Template:PT Minutes” is loaded for minutes. You can customize this template according to your needs.
