BlueSpiceSocialComments provides the SocialEntity of type comment. Template:Box Note

Social entities of type comment are automatically displayed with other social entities as a drop-down area by clicking on "Comments".

Not every SocialEntity can be commented (e.g., profiles). This is defined by the system or by a corresponding customization.
