BlueSpice offers multiple AI integration capabilities. All of them depend on external licenses, such as AI API keys and optionally access to communications channels such as Slack.

Wiki administrators need to configure the external AI connections before users can actively use these features.

AI Editing Assistant v5.0+[edit | edit source]

Improves existing wiki content and supports writing new content.

Prerequesites:

AI API key in the configuration manager (not provided by BlueSpice)

AI Chatbot v5.2+[edit | edit source]

Answers questions about wiki content and provides links to the information sources.

Prerequesites:

Access to an external LLM (not provided by BlueSpice)

AI Chat Integration v5.2+[edit | edit source]

Allows users to get answers from the wiki in popular chat clients.

Prerequesites:

User accounts to MS Teams, RocketChat or Slack
